We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Pedagogy Toys.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned to us within 14 days of your receiving it for a full refund or exchange (please note that we are unable to refund shipping costs).

If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us by email at info@pedagogytoys.com or by calling  604-395-3459 (10am to 5pm PST, Tuesday through Saturday and Sunday 12pm to 4pm PST).  We will provide you the necessary shipping information and authorization code for the return. 

Please note that shipping costs for returned items must be the customer's responsibility.  Any items for return must be in their original condition please.

If you need to cancel an order with us, and it has not be been processed on our end, we would be happy to do so.  

We respect your privacy.  Pedagogy Toys does not and would not share any of your personal information with any third party.

Pedagogy Toys accepts payment through Paypal who can accept all major credit cards without needing a Paypal account or you can use your Paypal account to pay. They use Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry standard for encryption technology that allows the safe transmission via the internet of your personal information.  Find out about Paypal here.  

Pedagogy Toys processes orders in Canadian (Cdn) dollars.

Any orders sent to anywhere in Canada are subject to 12% HST.
